Since 2005, I have been working as a member of the project team and project manager in non-governmental organizations and public administration entities. I specialize in educational, social and scientific projects financed under ESF, H2020, Interreg Europe and Horizon Europe. A graduate of the Faculty of International and Political Studies, specializing in American studies and mass media at the University of Lodz. In 2017, she obtained a PhD at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz in the field of sociology. Author of peer-reviewed publications in the field of cooperation between local governments and non-governmental organizations in the field of education, educational inequalities in rural areas and the use of EU funds in 2004-2013. Since 2005, he has been active in the third sector, in the European Initiatives Society, since 2009 to 2021 the president of the organization, since 2020 president of the Socio-Economic Observatory. Currently working at the Lodz University of Technology, supporting researchers in applying for external funding under Horizon Europe, in the structures of International Reserach Projects Center. Lodz University of Technology is one of the best technical universities in Poland. Located on the TUL campus is a sports and recreation facility called Lodz Sports and Education Centre - Sports Bay TUL. It features the only in the region 50-meter Olympic swimming pool, a 30-meter swimming pool suitable for training sessions and competitions in water jumping, synchronous swimming and waterpolo.
