Hadas joined HealthIL in 2020, in order to support healthcare organizations in Israel in their efforts to build innovation frameworks and culture. Her role involves advising health organizations on healthcare innovation and identifying the various challenges and needs of each organization. In addition, Hadas operates the Israeli forum for healthcare Innovation Managers. Hadas is also responsible for developing new tools for creating and integrating innovation in health organizations & she has extensive experience in building partnerships and working with diverse stakeholders. Prior to HealthIL, Hadas served in the IDF, as a Lieutenant Colonel – Head of the Organizational Development branch at The Technology & Logistics Directorate. Her experience includes defining organizational strategies and implementing complex change processes. Education: Master's degree in Educational Psychology, Ben Gurion University of the Negev with a specialization in occupational psychology. Married to Eyal and mother of three - Jordan, Alon and Rotem
