Tommaso has got over 20 years of experience in various industries with a focus on Innovation and Technology. After a Mechanical Engineering Master’s Degree in Berlin and a product development Master Thesis at MIT he started his career in the automotive industry working on sustainable energy vehicles in Germany. In 2002 he is back in Italy to develop Technology ICT Platforms and Project Control Systems for Hi-Speed Railways and large infrastructure projects, then he accepts the positions of CTO for the Italian business unit of Lendlease. In 2005 he moved to New York City to manage the financial controls and the technical systems reorganization for the US operations of Lend Lease. In 2008 he started his entrepreneurial career and founded Amazing Ventures a studio incubator combined with an innovation consulting agency based in the US with global operations and projects including in the UAE and in China. Since then, he has actively been involved in over 20 startups, spin-offs and SPVs; he has developed contract innovation projects for world leading companies (General Motors, Motorola, Dubai Airport, Paramount Pictures and many others). In 2018 he founded ATLAS International to develop an Industrial Accelerator to support transatlantic innovation and business development initiatives. Since 2019 he is back in Milan to lead Innovation and Technology initiatives at MIND for Lendlease with a focus on Continental Europe. In 2020 he has coordinated the development of the Federated Innovation model and in 2021 has been elected President of Federated Innovation™ Network. Since 2022 he has been very active in the Spatial Biodefense Sector: for Lendlease he has led the launch of the world’s first Air Protection System™ (E4Shield.com). In 2023 has led the development of a new venture studio model called High-Speed Venture Builder™ and, as founding partner, as launched OurGlobe™ an international LifeScience and DeepTech initiative that has the goal to create an actionable network to simplify and accelerate the innovation creation process.
