Belen holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration at CUNEF (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros) in 1994. Executive Program for Women PROMOCIONA, ESADE 2017. 

As Digital Sales Sr Director in GE Healthcare, Belen´s role is to manage the long-term success of GE's customers and relationships within Southern Europe in order to achieve the goals and objectives commonly identified by the customer and GE, while defining mid and long-term strategic plans to help them succeed. Belen oversees leading large, strategic, cross-P&L customer engagements and leading the account team. 

Her past roles include Artificial Intelligence Data Engagement Leader for Europe, Middle East, and Africa in GE Healthcare (2018- 2020), General Manager Healthcare Digital Iberia and Digital Pathology GM for Europe at GE Healthcare (2011-2018), Sr. DR. In the Public Administration and Healthcare Market at INDRA (2004-2011), and Sr. Manager Arthur Andersen (1994-2004). 

Belén is Chairman of the eHealth Sector in FENIN (Federation of the Health Technology Industry in Spain) since the creation of the eHealth sector, and president of the AI task group in FENIN across sectors.  She is also Member of the Artificial Intelligence Task Force in COCIR and won the CIO annual award by @asLAN 2017.
