Biotech Welcome
The EIT Health Catapult 2021 Semifinals took place as an online event. Moderated by Alison Munro we were guided through an exciting programme. Each day of the semi-Finals 14 start-ups presented their 5-min pitches followed by Q&A sessions with the jury members. Moreover, multiple short and inspiring keynotes were included in the program, sharing some insights into different areas of healthcare innovation. And of course: at the end of the day, the winners of the sponsor awards and the names of the finalists were announced.

In the beginning of the final part of the EIT Health Catapult 2021 Semifinals program of the Biotech category, the 15-min keynote titled "Do More, Be More, Build your Biotech" was presented by Johannes Fruehauf, PhD, MD, (Founder and CEO, BioLabs).
Then finally, the recipients of the sponsor awards and the four runners up along with the three podium finalists of the Biotech category were announced by Kurt Höller (Director of Business Creation at EIT Health).
