Emma is an experienced Pharma & Biotech executive with long track record in building partnerships and boosting business growth by expanding the portfolio through in-licensing, asset acquisitions and internal R&D programs. Her track record involves deal making across different product stages and collaboration models with big pharma, biotech and academia. She has been involved in Corporate Development, BD&L, Portfolio management, Strategic planning and External Innovation.

Emma holds a Degree in Biochemistry and a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Barcelona. She also holds an MBA from ESADE Business School.  

Her appetite for innovation moves her to mentoring startups and collaborating with the Collider Program from World Mobile Barcelona, Caixa Impulse initiative and fostering women entrepreneurs at WERock Capital.
