Simon joined Sofinnova Partners in 2021. Sofinnova Partners is a venture capital firm in life sciences focused on healthcare and sustainability.

He started his career consulting for the pharmaceutical sector before joining Kurma Partners where he worked on investments in precision diagnostics and treatment decision tools. Later, he was recruited by Baxter to develop the European scouting strategy and support due diligence activities.

Simon built his own consulting activity working with medical device, treatment decision tool and digital health companies throughout Europe. He has extensive experience working with start-ups and corporates seeking to develop their strategy and BD/partnering activities.

He is an independent Board Member of Gradientech AB and has a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from King’s College London and an MSc in International Business from SKEMA Business School.

He enjoys sailing, camping, and cooking in his spare time.
