With over 15 years experience in the life sciences space, ranging from in vitro diagnostics, drug discovery and pre-clinical and clinical drug development, coupled to patent drafting, sales and business development activities, Gonçalo has led the setup of a corporate venture capital fund exclusively dedicated to investing in seed and early stage medical technology, medical device and digital health projects across Europe. As a mentor in accelerator programs across Europe, Gonçalo adds value in IP, strategy and venture building. Gonçalo operates also as an angel investor, investing in digital marketing and digital health projects in the UK and US.
