Carsten has gained a broad knowledge of financial transactions in Corporate Finance departments at Gudme Raaschou and Alfred Berg before joining the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.  - Copenhagen Stock Exchange is together with the exchanges in Sweden, Iceland, Finland and the Baltic countries today part of Nasdaq. Mr. Borring were the architect behind the establishment of the Nasdaq First North market in 2005 – today the Nasdaq junior market has almost 500 companies listed in the Nordics.
