Active in the healthcare sector as a life science company builder for more than 20 years, she has accompanied projects from the scientific community at an early stage and helped them on their way to becoming successful start-ups. Operationally, she worked daily in companies such as seleon GmbH, TNI medical AG, Cloud9 or neuroloop GmbH.

She is experienced in market analysis, interdisciplinary cooperation with clinics/medical professionals, R&D, QA and sales.

She works as an evaluator for organizations, as a mentor and coach, especially for the BadenCampus Accelerator, where she is a member of the advisory board. She has launched several formats to bring together healthcare stakeholders to connect and innovate, such as eHealth Europe and the Trinational HealthTech Days.
