Ildikó ÁDÁM is a seasoned health technology assessment (HTA) specialist with extensive experience in healthcare policy, economic evaluation, and clinical research. She excels in developing comprehensive HTA reports, conducting cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive evidence-based decision-making. 

Ildikó ÁDÁM currently leads the Life Sciences industry group at EY Hungary, providing tailored solutions and insights to domestic and international companies. As a Partner at EY, she serves clients in tax matters with a special focus on pharma taxes. She has over ten years of experience in tax consulting, with expertise in tax incentives and cash grants, especially in relation to R&D activity in various industries.

In addition to her professional role, Ildikó ÁDÁM is pursuing a PhD in Health Economics at Semmelweis University, where she applies her analytical skills and knowledge of health policy, planning, and financing to conduct research on relevant topics.
