Yolanda is a life science lawyer and a strategy business-oriented professional. She advises big pharma companies, research centers, investing funds, hospitals, and start-ups from the beginning to the endpoint: from the idea (strategy for the patent and tech transfer, where many of the milestones are related to the regulatory steps that drive the product to the market), to the manufacturing, distributing, market access, selling channels, prizing, reimbursing, etc…. taking into account the corporate law but also the regulatory requirements that are a framework (and a boundary) to some corporate and contractual contents.

Yolanda has been international consultant for healthcare and pharmaceutical projects funded by the Interamerican Bank of Development in Latin America.

She's a lecturer in the Master in Management of Hospitals and Health Centers of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Barcelona; in the Master of Laws of the Pompeu Fabra University; and in the Master's Degree in Health and Pharmaceutical Law of the Center for Higher Studies of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

She is a frequent speaker in national and international conferences in the fields of Medtech, biotechnology, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry and she is mentoring several biotechnological start-ups and participates in some advisory boards of institutions in the biomedical sector.
