Closing Event on 26 & 27 November 2020

All EIT Health Bootcamps and Networking Stops are concluded with a tailor-made virtual two-day Central Event event, organised by YES!Delft.

Thursday, November 26: ‘Best of Bootcamps’
On the first day of the program you can take advantage of our extensive workshop offer: Best of all bootcamps.
We also offer you the opportunity to meet your peers, more MedTech, Digital Health and BioTech startups and exchange knowledge!

Friday November 27: Closing Event!
In order to offer you the right tooling to successfully continue your start-up journey, the closing day will be focussed on your ‘next steps’. The morning program gives you insight in the characteristic features of the different European markets to discover which market best suits the launch of your innovation. In the afternoon EIT Health opens its doors during the EIT Health Fair where you will be introduced to the different instruments that EIT Health offers you to grow! The day will end with a spectacular online pitch competition for a broad European audience.

Workshop: The Medical Design Process: creativity in a highly regulated environment

In this workshop you will be introduced to the challenges of merging the creative design process with the highly regulated environment of Medical Device Development. From the perspective of IDE’s professional development environment, we will look at the everyday practice of addressing the expectations that FDA, MDR and ISO13485 have towards your project and business. Via a case study, we will show you how to ensure product safety, efficacy, and build a successful business at the same time. We will explore tools to ensure traceability and how to manage risks while maintaining a lean approach to get your product from idea to detailed design to production and certification.

Workshop: Do great interviews to your stakeholders to draw useful conclusions.

Learn and practice in just 1,5 hours how to do an excellent interview with your stakeholders. Enroll as a participant in our hands-on workshop: you’ll be taught interviewing techniques and will practice them by playing different roles. You’ll take home a handful of useful tips and well-known mistakes on how to do an outstanding interview.
