The EIT Health Summit attracts multi-disciplinary stakeholders from across the healthcare innovation landscape. If you're interested in interacting with experts and opinion leaders, decision-makers and cutting-edge innovators on the topics most relevant to healthcare today, then this event is for you.
The EIT Health Summit Series is free to attend, but we have limited capacity so ensure you register quickly to confirm your attendance at this year's event.
After you have registered for the event, you will receive an email communication from us confirming your successful registration. We encourage you to explore the content as we add more in the run-up to 24 November. We'll also keep you up to date via email newsletter with the leading developments as we get closer to the live event.

How can I search for other attendees?
The first step to find other attendees is to ensure your 1-2-1 profile is up to date. Once completed you will be able to search through the attendees, using the filters to find the ones meeting your requirements.
How do I request a meeting with another attendee?
Once you have found an attendee you wish to meet with, click on to their profile. From here there is an option to create a meeting. Simply fill in the boxes to request a time and the Matchmaking platform will generate a unique meeting code for you.
The majority of the content will be live, allowing us to interact and engage with the audience throughout delivery. If you miss a key session, though, don't worry: we'll upload the majority of the content to the video library shortly after the event.
In the run up to the start date, we'll keep you up to date with the latest event information, ensuring you know how to get the most out of your EIT Health Summit Series experience. Now the agenda has been confirmed, we encourage you to register for any sessions that interest you, guaranteeing you a virtual seat on the day. We'll build time into the agenda to allow you to get the most out of the event, including scheduling networking slots and working with the innovators to give them time to share their exciting projects with you each day. If you missed out on any of our live content, don't worry: we'll upload the majority of the content to a video library, allowing you to watch the content until January 2021.

Maximising Your Summit Series Experience
From contributing to the conversation and shaping the content, to connecting with your peers and extending your network, here are our top tips for maximising your experience at the EIT Health Summit Series.
Contribute to the community conversation, comment on the content and engage with the rest of the audience via the chat function within the broadcast platform. Your comments will be visible to all attendees, so please be polite and courteous to others - just as you would be at a face-to-face meeting.
Externally, please share your thoughts, opinions and experiences on social media using #EITHSummit.
Ask the speakers a specific question to dig deeper into the discussion and personalise your experience. Commonly asked and popular questions will automatically be compiled under the broadcast window; if you don’t have a specific query in mind, simply vote for your favourite. After being approved by a moderator, we’ll try and answer the most important and popular questions during the panel discussions.
At different stages throughout the meeting, multiple-choice polling will be used to gauge audience opinion and consensus. Don’t miss this opportunity to let your voice be heard and your opinions known; the more input we get, the better understanding we will gain.
On 3 December only, as part of the EIT Health Catapult Final, you will be able to vote for the winner of the Alex Castra Audience Award. Please remember to have your say in this important crowd-chosen accolade; the winner will have their project displayed on a huge electronic billboard in Times Square, New York.
Each day in the summit series has dedicated time for you to Meet The Innovators. In these sessions, which will be hosted and facilitated by an EIT Health staff member, up to five innovators will talk through their projects in 25 minute slots. With attendance numbers limited, you will need to book your place at each session to avoid disappointment. We would recommend that you familiarise yourself with the projects via their written overviews to select the topics that are most relevant to you. These bite-sized presentations will be repeated three times in succession so that you don’t miss out.
Use the EIT Health Summit Series networking platform to schedule 1-2-1 meetings with any other attendees who have opted in. To optimise this excellent opportunity to extend your network, we have created this guide to help you understand and navigate the platform.
We have created a deep dive into the content each of the three core topics – Artificial Intelligence (24 November), High Value Care (26 November) and New Business Models (1 December) – designed to be read pre-event. Each of these deep dives - which take around ten minutes to read - contains an overview of the subject and its importance to European healthcare, a preview of the keynote session, some bite-sized speaker interview videos, and links to any aligned case studies.
Additionally, we have also completed a similarly-immersive look at the EIT Health Catapult Final.

You can access the networking area through the event website. We explain you in the video how to log in, search & filter through event registrant and schedule your 1-2-1 meetings. Make sure to check the networking platform regularly to confirm your meeting requests and answer to your messages.
You can add the session you want to attend to your agenda making it personalised to you. In this video, we show you how to add agenda items to your schedule and how to download them into your own calendar to ensure you don't miss out on any of the event.
