W4: Super Skills of Future-proof leaders
14:45  to  16:15 v 106

(drumroll) … and these super skills are SOFT SKILLS! They are the biggest rising skills, as important as AI, in the jobs of the future. These skills are at the forefront of how people relate to each other, as highlighted in the latest WorkInHealth and EIF Skills Report, "Addressing the skills needs in European healthcare sector" on the up-skilling revolution. The report emphasizes that while technical abilities are critical, the integration of soft skills such as leadership, communication, and entrepreneurship is essential to navigating the complex landscape of tomorrow’s healthcare and business sectors. Your future will need a combination of being digital but also being very human.

Lenja's edutainment hands-on workshop is a direct continuation of the key findings from the report, equiping you with the urgent need for soft skills in creating future-ready leaders, particularly in sectors shaped by innovation and rapid change.

There will be lots of real-life examples and role-playing. So, this is the perfect time to practice how empathetic leadership makes a real difference, not just in theory but in practice – for example, how to navigate a tricky investor meeting or resolve a team conflict. How to calm yourself down in unpleasant conversations and uncertainty, strengthen leadership, and better communicate with colleagues, family, and friends. You will gain tangible skills that can be apply immediately and supported with Future ready Star manual that you will be able to take home and practice.
