For EIT Labelled Programmes Graduates:
For Graduates of the EIT Health Label Degree programmes, the registration to attend the Career Pathway: From Students to Innovators event will be opened from 2 September and will close on 8 November 2024 at 12pm CET.
Participants will receive an invitation email that will include the link to register to the event. If you have not recieved the email and link, please contact Carolina Sabate.
We will start processing all registrations from 31st October onwards, which is when the Graduates' registration period closes.
Once we process your registration, we will send to you and to the EIT Health Legal representative a Subgrant Agreement (SGA) to be digitally signed. The money transfer will be initiated after the Subgrant Agreement is signed by both parties.
We highly recommend that you book your flight and accommodation as soon as possible – even before receiving the subgrant (400€)
Once you register for the event, if your name has been provided by your Local Coordinator, your participation is confirmed and the grant secured.
Unfortunately, as a Graduate, it’s not possible to register after 31 October 2024.
You'll be expected to be present both days, not just the Graduation ceremony.
We've planned an incredibly interesting agenda, full of exciting activities for you to actively participate in and engage with.
Check out the Agenda.
You are required to attend the event making good use of the public funds. You might be requested to share your travel expenses, please do not submit them, but just keep the receipts in an online format.
Please note that if you reside in Budapest, you won't receive the subgrant to cover travel and accommodation costs.
No, if you don't use the full amount of the grant, you don't have to return the remaining funds.
If you register on time and receive your grant but are unable to attend, you will be required to return it.
Budapest is a vibrant city with a wide range of accommodation options in a variety of price ranges. Check our hotel recomendations here.
We understand that your graduation is an important milestone. However, in order to prioritise student participation, networking and active engagement in the event and its planned activities (such as workshops, lectures and panel discussions), it is not possible for family members, parents or additional guests to attend.
Additionally, due to the anticipated high number of participants, there are limitations on venue capacity.
Yes, only if you complete the feedback survey will you receive a certificate of attendance - this will be emailed to you after the event.
If you have any questions, you can contact Carolina Sabaté.
For i-Days participants:
