How to obtain your Certificate of Completion?​

• Watch All Videos: Ensure you view all videos in the e-learning programme.
• Complete Mandatory Quizzes: Successfully complete all required quizzes to demonstrate your understanding.
• Receive Your Certificate: Upon completion, your Certificate of Completion will be automatically emailed to you.

How to obtain your Certificate of Excellence?

• Watch All Videos: Ensure you view all videos in the e-learning programme.
• Complete Mandatory Quizzes: Successfully complete all required quizzes to demonstrate your understanding.
• Apply for the Exam: Exam weeks are scheduled every second week of each month (excluding August). For specific details, please refer to the Exam Calendar below. You can apply for the exam through your e-learning profile.
• Exam Duration and Resources: The exam is available for one week. You have 1 hour to complete the exam, which consists of test questions. External resources may be used.
• Receive Your Results and Certificate: After the exam week concludes, you will receive your results and the Certificate of Excellence via email. You may repeat the exam if your results don't meet the excellence requirements (60%).
