We also placed a particular emphasis on understanding the nuances of behavioral change within different cultural contexts, as well as explore emerging trends in the field of pediatrics.

Regulatory has been identified as the second most important barrier in Europe in the situation report and needs analysis that we've published as i4KIDS-EUROPE and is perceived as a large burden for innovators across Europe. Xavier Luria, expert in Medical Devices and Drugs regulation, will shed light on how to navigate the regulatory scheme and landscape existing in Europe. He will help us to drive innovation through the regulatory roadmaps for both Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) and Drugs Regulation.
Reimbursement pathways have been identified as one of the most crucial European barriers in the situation report . This session led by Torsten Cristann (Digital Oxygen) delve into the lessons learned and key aspects of existing reimbursement pathways in Europe, such as DIGA and PECAN pathways, for achieving reimbursement. By exploring these pathways and providing actionable insights, participants will gain valuable knowledge to overcome reimbursement challenges and accelerate access to innovative pediatric healthcare solutions.
